These tasks include:

  • Your funds are held in an individual bank account
  • Keep accurate records of your scheme
  • Produce detailed financial reports for annual general meetings
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs for the common property
  • Organise the annual general meeting required under regulations
  • Arrange insurance
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Liaise with committee members
  • General administrative duties

Strata Management services for each scheme are negotiated and set out in a management agreement. If there is a service that is not mentioned, please contact us and we will tailor a service management agreement to suit your individual scheme.
