These tasks include:
- Collection of fees and levies
- Your funds are held in an individual bank account
- Keep accurate records of your scheme
- Produce detailed financial reports for annual general meetings
- Arrange maintenance and repairs for the common property
- Organise the annual general meeting required under regulations
- Arrange insurance
- Budgeting and financial management
- Liaise with committee members
- General administrative duties
Strata Management services for each scheme are negotiated and set out in a management agreement. If there is a service that is not mentioned, please contact us and we will tailor a service management agreement to suit your individual scheme.
